There is a two-hour minimum. There is a cancellation fee, unless 36 hours notice is given. If cars, limos, taxis, vans, or buses, are requested, the additional charges are borne by the tour-goers. Most often, hotel concierges arrange the transportation, unless public transportation (buses, subways) is used. The transportation costs, whether private or public, are additional and are borne by the tour-goers.
